One

Walking into my third period sociology class began with me trying to find a seat. Being a traveler, the classroom was already pretty packed when I got into class. Even though I saw a few unoccupied desks, none of them had chairs. Looking around the room and seeing everyone comfortable sitting confused me a little. Why did everyone else have a chair and not me? That doesn't seem fair. However, I found a stack of chairs in the corner of the room and and moved one to a desk assuming that was what the kids that got to class before me did. After sitting down the bell rang, and everyone got really quiet. The class sat in silence for about 10 minutes. I personally didn't mind it, and the quiet acted as a small peaceful break in my day. Also, since I was in a sociology class I had a feeling that we were being "experimented" on, so I didn't see a reason to freak out. I'm excited for the class, and I like learning how different people handle "awkward" situations.
